Pyro-engraving
defines the metallic gold, copper and brass lizards randomly holding onto each other and therefore holding the broken pottery
chards together. Clay and other earthy colors are used to paint the pottery chards and a black interior complete the embellishments.
The large gourd is 14" tall and 12" in diameter.
The smaller gourd is 8" tall
